Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and poker9 as the platform provider ("poker9", "we", "us", "our", "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the poker9 platform immediately.

Account Eligibility

To register and use poker9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list of any regulatory body.
• Confirm that participating in online betting is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or company when registering or playing.

Account Registration & KYC Process

When registering a poker9 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. Each player is only permitted to hold one account under the same identity only.

• Poker9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered under the same verified member's name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction.
• Poker9 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 1 hour after the application is approved.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit to ensure the security of your funds.
• Poker9 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Funds derived from bonuses that have not met rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered at poker9 — including slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting — operate using a random number generator (RNG) independently certified by internationally recognised testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, poker9 will use server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change at poker9's discretion.
• Poker9 is not responsible for any internet disruption or device failure on the player's end that affects a game session.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

To keep the poker9 platform safe and fair for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the poker9 system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Conducting money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the poker9 platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about poker9 on any public platform.
• Engaging in any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.

Account Closure & Suspension

Poker9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Requests from regulatory bodies or competent authorities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the poker9 customer support team via live chat. If an account is closed at the member's request with no violations on record, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 5 business days.

Liability Limits

Poker9 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, poker9 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party internet outages, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Poker9's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
